Once again, the Washington Capitals are selling caps and T-shirts to support TAPS – Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors. They went on sale before Wednesday’s Caps-Flyers game.
TAPS provides services for anyone who is grieving the death of someone who died while serving in the military.
Hats and T-shirts start at $20 each.
