SEMMES, Ala. - South Alabama men's golf kicks off its spring slate hosting the Hal Williams Collegiate, set to open play on Monday.
The Jaguars enter the spring holding the No. 57 national rank after an impressive fall performance that includes a 70.11 individual stroke average and top-five finishes in all four fall tournaments. The Jaguars shot a program-best 31-under par at the Trinity Forest Invitational that landed them just one stroke away from a tie for a first-place finish.
A talented 14-team field travels to Mobile to compete, among them, No. 12 Illinois.
