Hinton missed the entire 2025 season due to injury, redshirting the year.
After transferring from the junior college ranks prior to the 2023 season, Hinton appeared in 24 games across the 2023–24 seasons, recording 16 tackles.
Hinton has one year of eligibility remaining.
