Oakland Raiders quarterback Derek Carr will likely be sidelined Week 2. He has not been ruled out but is very questionable at best. Carr bruised the thumb on his throwing hand. X-rays came back negative, however, the swelling is still significant. It's likely the Raiders will have to suffer through another week with Matt McGloin.
FANTASY ANALYSIS
This is very bad news for the Raiders. They once again disappointed and were well on their way to disappointment well before Carr got injured. They can't survive without with McGloin taking snaps. There is also some reports that they could reach out to Christian Ponder, but they aren't winning with him either.
