The Fresno State Bulldogs defeated the Abilene Christian Wildcats 34-13 in the team’s season opener on Thursday. The Bulldogs controlled the tempo and the scoreboard from start to finish.
Starting quarterback Zack Greenlee dropped back for the first pass of the 2015 season. Two ACU defenders rushed into the backfield forcing him 18 yards behind the line of scrimmage. Greenlee fled the pocket, bringing flashbacks of his Wyoming performance a season ago - but this time he avoided pressure and kept his eyes up field to find Jamire Jordan downfield. Greenlee delivered a solid pass on the run and Jordan punched in a 25-yard touchdown.
