COLLEGE GROVE, Tenn. - The Memphis Tigers showed the best improvement from round 1 to round 2 in the field at the Franklin American Mortgage Company (FAMC) Intercollegiate at the Grove, and stand 12th in the field heading into the final round on Tuesday afternoon.
Ole Miss leads the field with a two-round score of 572 (-4), while Georgia Tech had the second-best improvement and its -12 on the day drops the squad to a 573 (-3). Middle Tennessee State (582), Cincinnati (589), and Liberty (590) round out the top five teams in the field.
Rodi Vlasveld had a four-under 68 on the round, including five birdies, a bogey, and 12 pars on the par-72, 7,368-yard course.
