Opening statement:
"I am really pleased with our football team and how we treated the bye week. Our guys did a great job. We had three practices last week and had a lot of good-on-good work together to try to keep the speed of the game and make sure that we are focusing on ourselves. It was nice to be able to get an early jump start on SMU. We know we have a very talented football team coming in. You look at this SMU team, its one that has been in a lot of close games.
