MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Following a career-best outing, Memphis pitcher was listed to this week's American Athletic Conference Weekly Honor Roll, the league office announced Monday afternoon.
In the series finale against Southern, Durham threw 6.2 innings in the 10-1 series-clinching victory, allowing just one run and matched a career-best of nine strikeouts.
The 6.2 innings also marked his longest start of the season and his second consecutive quality start. The junior now holds a 2-1 mark.
Durham, who gave up three of his seven hits allowed in the opening frame, found his groove on the mound in the second inning.
