The draft is an exciting time for every NFL franchise. It gives every fan base hope that they will get the next superstar player on their team. Obviously not every team will, but there are still a bunch of good players to go around in the draft, especially this draft.
The Colts are no different from every other franchise. They like to build the bulk of their roster from the draft. They like developing their players and keeping them in-house. Chris Ballard had an excellent draft last April, and there is no indication that will change later this month.
