The Baltimore Ravens are having one heck of an offseason. Free agency hasn’t even kicked off yet, many extensions have yet to be agreed upon, but there have been some overwhelmingly positive changes. The coaching staff has seen a complete 180-degree flip.
It all started when the Ravens fired John Harbaugh and hired Jesse Minter. Minter was one of the top candidates on the market, and nearly everyone loved the move. Still, the 42-year-old had a steep hill to climb to prove himself, and still does. The hires he has made in his brief time as head coach, though, are quickly showing that he is not messing around.
