The Baltimore Ravens recently-hired head coach Jesse Minter has a lot of work to do this offseason. He’s already impressing on the coaching front, quickly building a strong staff for the upcoming 2026 season. However, the roster has plenty of holes to fill, too.
It’s obvious that there are growing frustrations within the Ravens fan base. The team is taking steps in the right direction with a new era under Minter, but the roster has countless flaws.
