The Baltimore Ravens will be watching the New York Giants' season with great interest, as they can see if they were justified in moving off John Harbaugh after nearly two decades in charge and replacing him with Los Angeles Chargers defensive coordinator Jesse Minter.
Harbaugh was connected to a few of his former Ravens assistants in Todd Monken as an offensive coordinator and Anthony Weaver as the defensive coordinator. However, Monken decided to become the head coach of the Cleveland Browns while Weaver returned to Baltimore. This led Harbaugh to an unusual place for his OC hire.
