Malik Dunner flashes explosiveness in loss at IU

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — Malik Dunner is settled in.

After Ball State's offense limped through the first half of a 30-20 loss at Indiana, he got in during the third quarter and provided an immediate spark. His first rush went for one yard. His second went for 13 and his third for 23.

"I kind of calmed down," Dunner said. "Last week I felt like I was still kind of jittery, I would say."

The true freshman played his first college football at Georgia State, where his most notable play was a dropped screen pass.
