MUNCIE — If anyone knows what former Ball State football player Robert Eddins was like, it is Central football coach Adam Morris.
Morris lined up next to Eddins when the two played on the defensive line together at Ball State. He described Eddins as funny, but knew when to be serious.
On Tuesday evening, Eddins was found shot to death in a basement in Detroit's west side, according to Detroit's WXYZ 7 Action News. Details surrounding his death are still unknown and under investigation.
One other person was found dead in what is being called a double homicide.
