MUNCIE, Ind. — Don't pat James Gilbert's back. He's not having it.
Prior to Friday's 31-21 win at Georgia State, the sophomore's best single-game rushing performance was 73 yards. Against the Panthers, he picked up 160 and two touchdowns, but still he had little more than, "it felt good," to say about his big day.
"I gave it up to the tight ends and the O-Line, they just blocked it up and the backs were finding the lanes," he said. "We just hit them."
Again, Gilbert is underselling things a bit with just.
