MUNCIE, Ind. — Daleville baseball's road to a second consecutive Class A state title means going through the sectional host.
The Broncos (11-5) face Anderson Prep (2-8) in game three of the sectional. Last season, the sectional was played at Daleville, but the Broncos will take to the road this year. The sectional draw was streamed Friday evening on the IHSAA website.
No. 5 Daleville is likely the favorite. It's one of just two teams in the sectional that currently has a record above .500. Wes-Del (8-5) received a bye in the first round and plays the winner of Tri-Central (2-9) and Liberty Christian (7-7).
