MUNCIE, Ind. —These last three games have drawn a now-familiar sentiment from Ball State head coach James Whitford.
He said it after Tuesday's 81-72 overtime victory at Northern Illinois, which came by way of a monster 19-0 run to cap regulation and start the in extra period. Don't get too high.
And in consecutive two-point losses to the Mid-American Conference's best two teams before that? Don't get too low.
"After the game, it was a really emotional locker room," Whitford said.
