ARLINGTON, Texas — The top 10 matchup Saturday night between Arkansas and TCU came down to timely hits.

The fifth-ranked Razorbacks couldn’t get enough of them. The 10th-ranked Horned Frogs did from center fielder Chase Brunson.

Brunson had RBI doubles in the first and second innings to lead the Horned Frogs to a 5-4 victory over Arkansas at Globe Life Field. The game was played in front of an announced crowd of 22,384, which was a record attendance for a college game at the Texas Rangers’ home ballpark.

The Horned Frogs (2-0) chased Arkansas starting pitcher Hunter Dietz after a 2-inning start that included 4 runs, 3 hits, 3 walks and 5 strikeouts.
