College basketball season is still a couple of months away, but that hasn’t stopped Athlon from releasing 11 different editions of its season preview with 13 different covers.
The covers are as follows: Kentucky’s Alex Poythress and Tyler Ulis, Arizona’s Kaleb Tarczewski, Indiana’s Yogi Ferrell, Kansas veteran Perry Ellis, LSU freshman sensation Ben Simmons, Maryland’s Melo Trimble and Virginia’s Malcolm Brogden, Michigan Wolverine Caris Levert and Michigan State Spartan Denzel Valentine, UNC’s Marcus Paige, Syracuse’s Trevor Cooney, UCLA’s Bryce Alford and, finally, Wisconsin swingman Nigel Hayes.
Each and every player is deserving of the honor of being on the cover and is due for an excellent 2015-16 season, If certain chips fall into place, each could also be on a team that contends for a national championship.
